  • Our unique ecological separation process is highly efficient and economically competitive, surpassing known methods. (Patent pending)

  • Predatec Technology enables the reclamation of various commodities from production and post-consumer waste, including metals like Aluminium, Copper, Iron, and Precious Metals, as well as plastics, fibers, and minerals. With our process, over 20 different fractions can be recovered.

  • The Predatec process operates autonomously within a closed system, requiring only three workers for a shift with up to 10 tonnes per hour capacity. No additional tasks are necessary aside from removing contaminants such as batteries, PCB-capacitors, and toner.

  • Achieving recycling rates of up to 95 % and beyond, with purity levels exceeding 98 %, our process significantly reduces energy consumption by up to 90 % compared to thermal methods. This translates to minimal loss of valuable metals like Aluminium. Additionally, our process results in dramatically lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to primary Aluminium production, making it environmentally sustainable.
